My deposit was returned without any fuss or question which surprised me. I was expecting a lot of whys? I found them to be extremely professional and understanding both at the call today for the cancellation and also at the time of booking. I was offered options and suggestions which were really helpful. I have used them in the past and had been very happy with their service, hence the reason trying to book them again. Although we couldn’t follow through with our plans this time, our family will most definitely will be using them in the future and will happily recommend anyone to use their services. Rich L2022-09-17We recently hired Twin bros party rentals to provide us with a large party package for my daughter's graduation party. We signed up for one of their party packs that I had found on their website. They were very easy to deal with and where very professional. I ended up booking one of their party packages -20x40 foot tent, 8 tables and 80/90 chairs. Our party was on a Saturday and they arrived on schedule friday afternoon to set up the equipment. All the equipment was set up fast and was surprised how clean everything was. All the tables - chairs where very clean.Very easy booking process, great quality equipment and the guys that came to our house where very professional. I came home from work on Monday and it looked like they were never there. This was the first time I rented from twin bros party rentals and I would highly recommend there services. I had no complaints.

I rented tables/chairs/linens and a bounce house from them. All of the stuff was very clean and the order was perfect. Delivery and pickup was prompt and the delivery guys were very friendly. Would absolutely use them again!

It was the most affordable and also had the longest rental period of the local companies. The staff was very kind and professional from the first call to delivery and pickup.
